  • Monitor incoming case request and verify minimum requirements
  • Engage with responsible persons to provide a solid, fact-based case description, risk assessment and derived action plan
  • Support drafting of concise and specific communication
  • Facilitate reviews with stakeholders
  • Organize release and signature of communication incl. legal review
  • Feed communication into the appropriate distribution channels
  • Monitor feedback and track implementation
  • Close case if implementation is complete
  • Maintain case status on SharePoint, manage subscriptions to information channel and ensure proper automatic reporting
  • Feed relevant cases into yearly product safety reporting
  • What you need to make a difference

    Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

  • Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 5 years of experience in quality, safety, or engineering management role within product development
  • General understanding of WTGs and how they are built and installed
  • General but broad understanding of technology
  • Understanding of EU machine directive and product liability law
  • Strong Critical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Quick Comprehension
  • Open minded and reliance on objective evidence
  • Professional writing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Mature personality to stay on track and to be able to communicate with executive management
  • Keep calm under pressure
  • Project Management Skills to be able to handle multiple cases concurrently
