- Technical control of products in terms of compliance with technical documentation, proper functioning, and quality of execution
- Making decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of validated products
- Preparing technical control reports and communicating validation results with other departments/units
- Collaborating with other technical departments at NRF and other departments within the company
- Reporting technical issues and achieved results
- Qualifications in the field of automotive mechanics or an academic degree in automotive engineering or equivalent
- Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel applications, as well as handling computer systems
- Ability to work independently and initiate tasks independently

NRF is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Quality Specialist to support the team in validating new products in the field of automotive refrigeration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complaints, reporting complaint processes, and collaborating with other technical departments at NRF and other departments within the company.

You will be part of an international team located in Poland and Spain, reporting to the Quality and Warranty Supervisor. The team consists of 15 people in Poland and 40 people globally. You will collaborate internally with the tech department as well as with the purchase department and category management departments.
