Our Global team of business analysts is looking for a dynamic problem solver, highly motivated to drive change and work with new and existing technologies to continuously look for better ways of working.


Our diverse scope of tasks covers Finance, IT, Property Management and more meaning it's a great way to grow your knowledge across Group Tech and Ops and collaborating with many teams.

Your role

As a Digital Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the implementation and delivery of our new Data Strategy, creating user-friendly and dynamic reporting solutions from our data store.
  • Work endtoend in solution design; from data transformation through to data visualization and delivery.
  • Look for digital solutions to improve UX and transparency of reporting outputs.
  • Use your technical skills to support other teams in Operations and Governance in improving processes.
  • Lead short term projects focusing on a variety of areas within Group Operations and Technology.
  • Establish best practices and trainings with wider team members to help them save time on manual or repetitive tasks.
  • Identify and try different technology offerings that could further improve our as technology advances.

Your Skills and Experience

As a Digital Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Qualification in business administration, computer science, finance or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of related experience ideally across different business functions.
  • Strong command over BI and analytics tools such as the Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and a modelling mindset across coding languages such as R or Python.
  • Experience in driving process improvements from design through to implementation.
  • Strong data visualisation skills with a focus on UX.
  • Ability to switch quickly between processes and deliver across multiple projects.
  • Focus on high quality and high accuracy of outputs.
  • Ability to think outside of the box with problem solving mind set, willing to learn and adapt to fast changing business needs and technologies.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal, written and presentations skills, plus good stakeholder management experience.
