Remote anywhere in EMEA

  • Employment type: Freelance able to invoice

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Conduct, Assess and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles across the world

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) this is a must if you also speak Swedish that will help immensely
  • Previous experience ideally from Agency background hunting & sourcing within volume white collar (BPO) roles and a knack for finding Bulgarian, Estonian, Romanian, Polish, Latvian, Slovenian, Czech, Slovakian, Croatian, Hungarian speaking talent if you do not have this please do not expect a response
  • I'd be particularly interested in someone who has experience in hiring in volume into Poland, Slovakia, Portugal, Greece to name a but a few
  • Ability to multitask with multiple recruitment projects and work independently
  • Great time management, responsiveness and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a non negotiable
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a must
