By expertly juggling resources, inventory and materials, you'll help us raise our game even higher.

Working in a dynamic and high-volume environment, you'll lead the planning team and perform tasks related to planning the site's production line & co-packers as per our clients request.

Your main responisibilites:

Managing the weekly demand by optimizing resources and keeping agreed service levels.
Perform checks for each line capacity and request any new materials, if needed.
Creating, in collaboration with the production team, the plans for the lines considering any potential obstacle.
To guarantee the weekly MRP execution for estimating any material needs and request it to suppliers if needed.
Doing followup and daily adjustments in the production plan as well as trying to find solutions.
Responsible for creating articles in SNP and registering them in the internal platform.
Followup internal planning KPIs and reporting when requested
Monitor the dispatching team.
Assist to Leadership Teams meetings and provide the planning expertise into the table for decisionmaking purposes.
Coordinate and develop planning and logistics team.

You'll succeed because
you've a good understanding of supply and demand planning challenges

You've:

University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar field.
Minimum experience of 5 years working in industrial planning or production.
High level of Englsh
Leadership skills and proven experience managing teams.
Ability to prioritise and achieve results
Analytical mindset
Customer Relationships focused
Continuous improvement focus
