    The Position

    We're seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress/Bartender/Barista who can create a great experience for our guests. As a professional host, you'll ensure optimal care for our guests and handle complaints efficiently.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Prioritise guest comfort and deal with complaints promptly.
    • Prepare necessary mise-en-place.
    • Provide excellent food and beverage services.
    • Maintain equipment and materials properly.
    • Accurately process accounting operations and settlement formalities.

    What You'll Bring

    • Vocational training in hotel or restaurant management (ideally).
    • Teamwork and people skills.

    • Reliability, flexibility, and knowledge of POS systems.
    • Proficiency in Spanish, English, and other languages (a plus).
