About Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor: The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate.

Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.? ?The resort will have a total of 109 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, direct access to the beach, adult pool access to the beach, adult pool and vitality pool, Kids for All Seasons, and a wine tasting experience in the vineyards.

The Role:
Comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures. Comply with all the standards stablished for the spa.

Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.

Report and Collaborate with your Lead therapist and Spa Director.

Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments and any other wellness therapies in our spa, around the pool, in guest suites and any location appropriate.

Communicate and adapt to guest preferences and needs and make some suitable recommendation to extend experience after the services. Sale and recommended retail products Ensures Spa Setups and Treatment facilities are ready for service. Support day to day spa operation. Perform side-jobs to support the organization of the operation. Participate to training offer in the spa and the hotel. Monitors treatments product consumption.
