- Se fomenta maximizar las ventas y la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
- Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
- Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del equipo de todos los departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.
