Industrial Quality Manager in
Barcelona we're looking for?


Your future role
You'll support PME to ensure non-compliance risks analysis using Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, manufacturing), lead implementation of Quality Control Plans using REX (Return of Experience) of previous project execution & associated relevant IQ staffing and much more.


You'll specifically take care of
managing & developing the industrial quality team, using Q-School process & yearly training / qualification plan, but also managing APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.


We'll look to you for:

  • Lead control & process digitalization.
  • Improve Quality level per main processes:
  • Perform analysis & manage actions to improve the outgoing product quality.
  • Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).
  • Support of manufacturing for quality topics:
  • Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
  • Support manufacturing teams to develop selfinspection.
  • Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system.

  • Master's degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical ) or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing Quality tools and problemsolving tools.
  • Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level.
  • Management experience.
  • Project management or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Minimum 5 years experience in industrial
