We are looking for a
Copyrwriter to join our Content Design team in Barcelona, Spain.

You will be one of two writers focusing on customer service, reporting to the Head of Content Design and working closely with the Customer Experience team.

Your primary duty is to produce high-quality content for the Help Centre to provide exceptional customer support.

You'll develop scripts, templates, and other relevant content to assist customer service agents and the business in meeting our customer's needs.

You'll be part of the Content Design team, but you'll work day-to-day with the Customer Experience team. Our Agile environment offers you the chance to collaborate and work flexibly with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

Crafting great customerfocussed copy, shipped quickly that helps user agents and customers succeed in their goal,
Review, revamp, and maintain the language and format for the templates repository,
Maintenance of the templates repository,
Working alongside other writers (reporting to the Head of Content) to create content design standards and frameworks,
Aligning the tone of voice within your content to that produced by other writers,
Sharing best practices with the team and colleagues across the business, proactively seeking to improve processes,
Communicating your content proposals to key stakeholders,
Iterate content based on research findings and feedback from colleagues,
Explore and refine concepts and develop them to the best solution quickly, without losing time and effort,
Using proven retail techniques to ensure customers remain engaged and have a positive experience with our brands,
Creation and maintenance of the existing and new scripts used by our agents to talk to customers on the phone,
Newsletter layout and content summary,
Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the business.

Who you are:

Nativelevel English speaker with good written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Other languages are a plus. Content is created and presented in English,
Minimum 3+ years of professional copywriting / UX writing experience,
Understanding of CMS systems and defining processes,
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience,
Used to working to tight deadlines and managing expectations,
You will be used to combining manual tasks with moreinnovative, valueadded projects,
You are able to influence others in order to get the necessary buyin and build a network to draw on and learn from,
You are detailfocused, methodical and organised in your approach,
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
Team player with a positive attitude.
