Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, supporting strategic decision-making and support sales team in having invoicing up-to-date. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in audit and a keen interest in SaaS (Software as a Service) companies. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills are key for success in this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting. Interpret financial data to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations.

Budgeting and Forecasting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor budget performance and highlight any deviations.

Financial Reporting : Oversee and review the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Help prepare high-quality business reports on each function, to provide accurate information and insights.

Sales Invoicing Support: Assist the sales team in creating accurate and timely invoices. Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure proper revenue recognition and track outstanding payments.

Collections Oversigh t: Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.

Ad Hoc Analysis : Assist in special projects, ad hoc analysis, and process improvements as needed.

Data Integrity : Deal with data issues to ensure accuracy of outputs, working with the Financial Accounting team to ensure costs are correctly accounted for in the finance systems

What You Need to Succed:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2-3 years of audit experience.

Good understanding and experience of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP/IFRS)

Proficiency in Microsoft Exce l and financial modeling.

Attitude and eagerness to learn more.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).

Experience in SaaS metrics or Energy Sector is a plus.

Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
