Appgrowth team is looking for a
CTO.

Responsibilities:

Continuously define initiatives, build and maintain the Product roadmap to support business goals
Designing the Engineering strategy to align with the company's product and business goals.
Managing the implementation of the Product roadmap into production, while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Managing platform stability to minimize downtime and ensure the company's business continuity.
Guiding the product development and innovation processes to drive growth and success for the company.
Implementing effective cost management strategies to optimize technical expenses and drive business growth.
Measuring product and technical teams performance and success using key business metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Developing and maintaining relationships with technology partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the company has access to the latest technology and innovations.
Building and managing a highperforming product and engineering teams by recruiting, training, and developing top talent.
Serving as a liaison between the technical and business teams to ensure that there is a shared understanding of goals, timelines, and resource needs.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience;
Good level of English;
Deep understanding of data processing and management;
Highly technical software engineering background with a handson leadership style;
Proven track record of successfully building software products;
Ability to mentor and lead technical talent;
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research;
Excellent communication skills;
Comfortable in a fastpaced startup environment and able to shift requirements.
