For our UK office location, we are looking for an HR Operations Analyst for our international HR team as soon as possible.

This role is predominantly based from home but maybe required to attend the office as and when needed.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

Developing, maintaining & implementing best practice HR policies, HR checklists and template documentation.
Creating standards of work for HR policies and processes
Providing expert advice, support and training on all HR Policy matters.
You enthusiastically participate in local and international HR projects.
Working with stakeholders to successfully develop and launch all HR policies and adapt and amend as appropriate.

Working closely with HR, the legal counsel and internal and external advisor client groups to ensure the suite of template documentation, checklists and supporting documentation etc are kept up to date.

Overseeing and assisting with any HR queries. In addition, maintaining the central HR Teams policy and pages.
Occasionally providing advice on employee relations matters.
Working closely with Line managers to advise on sickness issues, maternity matters and other employee topics.
Assisting HRBP and team on HR projects and processes for continuous improvement.
Conducting and/or supporting investigations and disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues and supporting global managers on regional and local differences
Conducting Exit interviews
Conducting Probationary check-ins
Help promote engagement initiatives and promote Great Place to Work initiatives.


Knowledge and Experience:

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR operations.

You already have experience with HRIS systems, ideally Oracle or similar, and are very familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluent English speaker
Associate CIPD qualification preferred.
You have a high level of service orientation and appreciate working independently, as well as open and transparent communication.
You are characterized by a structured way of working and your organizational skills.
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality who enjoys working in a diverse environment.
You have an affinity for new, digital systems and processes.
Knowledge of Employment Law across European countries preferable.
