    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Business Development Executive who is fluent in Swedish and based in Barcelona. This role focuses on the initial stages of opportunity generation, developing territory and account strategies to create and execute meaningful outreach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute through delivering sales opportunities and qualified pipeline contribution through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership and Business Development Peers to focus, learn, adapt and evolve.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of your target market and develop a deep understanding of Unit4's cloud ERP software.

    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience.
    • SaaS or Tech experience is advantageous.
    • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
    • Customer-centric with a performance-driven mindset.
    • Thirst to learn and challenge yourself.
    • Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative in actions.
