    At {company}, we are dedicated to upgrading our Sestao plant automation, driving performance improvement through technological innovation.

    A key aspect of this transformation is the automation of operations, encompassing production line automation and transversal processes like H&S, logistics, water, energy management, and environmental control.

    Our team collaborates with high-skilled professionals at an international level, analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities in operational automation, implementing software solutions for shopfloor challenges, and leveraging data analytics to enhance processes.

    We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with automation analysis and development skills who are eager to gain real-world experience in a steelmaking leader company. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, innovative, and proactive, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Understand automation requirements for the '1.6 Program' and ArcelorMittal standards
    • Interact with production, maintenance, and technical teams to develop specifications for electrical and automation revamps and new installations in Sestao
    • Assess and discuss suppliers' bids
    • Oversee erection tasks from quality and timing perspectives
    • Prepare and execute integration tests, cold commissioning, and hot commissioning
    • Review Low Voltage technical offers, including instrumentation & sensors, and oversee erection and commissioning according to Project Manager instructions

    Requirements:

    • Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Telecom, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
    • English proficiency at B2 level (formal meeting conversation)

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
