Job Title:
HR Analyst - Rewards


Summary:


You will join us as our new Reward Analyst for an initial 6 month contract to support the Director Total Rewards EMEA with the management of compensation and benefit programmes across Aristocrat's portfolio of companies.


What You'll Do:

What will your role involve?

  • Provide, analyse and interpret market data in order to provide accurate compensation and benefits benchmarking across EMEA
  • Daily point of contact for local P&C teams on reward programs and queries
  • Support benefit renewals across multiple countries, working closely with external consultants to provide employee data, analyse costs and engage with internal stakeholders on decision making and employee communication plans.
  • Support on Workday integration projects, including assessment of data quality, employee impact analysis and preparation of integration files
  • Preparation of data and Workday systems for the company's annual performance review
  • Preparation of data for mandatory gender pay reporting

What We're Looking For:

We are ideally looking for you to have the following skills/experience

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel or Sheets skills
  • Knowledge of compensation systems and packages
  • Experience of working with salary surveys and interpreting data to develop benchmark ranges
  • Experience of creating reports or dashboards to communicate key reward information
  • Experience in benefits administration and contract renewal processes
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and experience of engaging with varied and senior stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Responsive to adapting to changing business needs and multiple stakeholder groups with differing priorities
