We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Hands-on L3 IT Support Infrastructure and Workplace Solution Architect.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance.

Your expertise in cloud architectures, server and storage technologies, network design, end-user computing, IT security, and scripting will be critical in shaping our technology landscape.


Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Architecture and Design:

  • Design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals, considering scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.

- **Troubleshooting and Support**:
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and workplace solutions, employing a hands
  • on approach to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide escalated support to resolve critical incidents and ensure mínimal disruptions to business operations.

- **Google Workspace Administration**:
  • **Cisco Meraki Administration**:
  • Handle the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices, including switches, routers, and access points. Ensure network security and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- **Mobile Device Management (MDM)**:
  • Administer the Mobile Device Management platform to manage and secure devices used by employees. Implement security policies, configuration policies, device enrollment, and troubleshooting for mobile devices.
- **Software Installation and Configuration**:
  • **Network and Security**:
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity and security of the company's network infrastructure. Implement security protocols, monitor network performance, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

- **Documentation**:
  • Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides to facilitate self
  • help and improve support efficiency.

- **User Training**:
  • **IT Asset Management**:
  • Keep track of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Assist in the procurement process for IT equipment as needed.

- **Collaboration and Leadership**:
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications/ Experience:


  • Demonstrable skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the following are required:
  • Profound expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructure
- solutions, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments.

  • Excellent knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, and computer peripherals troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in providing technical support for mobile devices like iPhones and Android devices.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services and administration.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Chat, and Google Meet for collaboration purposes.
  • Indepth knowledge of Cisco Networking, including routers, firewalls, and LAN switches.
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and DHCP protocols.
  • Experience with asset management tools and practices.
  • Indepth knowledge of security protocols, practices, and tools to ensure robust data protection and compliance.

  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Scripting and Automation Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with endusers effectively.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a global team.
  • Industry certifications such as Google Workspace Administration, AWS Certified
  • Administration, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Cisco certifications would be advantageous.
  • Plus, a minimum of 5 years of documented experience in an L2 or L3 IT Support role.

Personal skills:


  • Proven experience in IT support and system administration, with a strong technical background.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Competence in both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Advance networking knowledge to troubleshoot networkrelated problems.
