With more than three hundred workers, we are looking for a Revenue & Reservations Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Department coordination:


  • Coordinate workflow and resources to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate the daily tasks assigned to every agent' shift making sure priorities are taking into consideration any time during the shift.
  • Support and encourage the Reservations team and ensure they are completing their daily task lists.
  • Make sure that all relevant information is acquired by the reservations agents and reservations are fully documented.
  • Check the team is assigning the correct market segments, channels, source codes and corporate tracks in all reservations.
  • Assist the Revenue & Reservations Manager in driving the team to achieve departmental goals such as LQE, upselling, data completeness and all other quality service targets.
  • Ensure Rooms and F&B reservations systems provide accurate information and availability.
  • Assist and identify training needs of new agents and existing agents.
  • Provide support on reservations tasks whenever required.

Assistance tasks:


  • Support the Revenue & Reservations Manager with the running of the department deputise for them in their absence.
  • Support the Revenue & Reservations Manager to complete and communicate all rate loading for the hotel and ensure all relevant team members and departments are aware of new rates and packages and are selling accordingly.
  • Provide support when required in reporting (Applicable but not limited to Rooms/ F&B daily pick up report, weekly report and monthly report)
  • Assist with rate shops and other digital audits as required.
  • Provide support on implementing new systems or procedures.
  • Open and close rates and availability in the absence of the Director of Revenue and Revenue & Reservations Manager.
  • Participate in the hotel morning/afternoon briefings representing the Reservations department and to communicate back to the team all relevant information, when required.
  • Contribute to the Revenue & Reservations department growth by identifying challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide timely response in assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2year experience in Rooms/F&B Reservations.
  • Advanced knowledge of MOHG rate loading standards including rate configuration & rate distribution.
  • Ability to manage Rate & Room availability in PMS, CRS and Revenue Management System (IdeaS)
  • Knowledgeable about OTA ́s and HOD content update.
  • Ability to use benchmarking tools (OTA Insight, STR and Demand 360)
  • Familiar with MOHG segmentation & reporting included but not limited to Pace report, GRC, Data Vision, and Month end reports.
  • Agility to adapt and learn new systems and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of group block management.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office products.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Personal energy to proactively address situations and adopt a positive approach, resilience in front of change and obstacles.
