Are you in search of an exciting new challenge in an international company based in Barcelona? Do you bring experience in Finance or a similar role to the table? If the answer is yes, this opportunity is perfect for you

Your responsibilities as a Collection Representative will be:

Achieving monthly personal and team Collection targets
Leading a small team of 3 collections representatives
Coordinating with the Billing Teams to resolve disputes related to invoices.
Collaborating with the Sales Team in negotiations with customers.
Providing and maintaining visibility for the Sales Team regarding the collection status of their portfolios.
Familiarizing yourself with the legal and contractual aspects of recruitment scope.
Maintaining communication with the Team to track customer payments
Establishing daily contact and maintaining followup with customers
Preparing litigation files for legal procedures, when necessary.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You have a native level of English, any European Language is highly valued
A previous experience in a similar role will be highly valued (team lead or senior collections representative)
You are able to manage high volume of tasks, including outbound and inbound calls, payment negotiations, and dispute resolution
You are able to work under pressure to achieve company objectives
You have good negotiation and communication skills
You are dynamic, organized, methodical and with a strong customer focus and approach
You are currently based in Barcelona (NIE + SSN)
You have Bachelor's or Master's degree nice to have
