An opportunity for an MES COMPOSITE has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo)


RESPONSIBILITIES:


The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

  • Coordinate the different actors involved in production (from suppliers to customers).
  • Develop a realistic and achievable daily plan for everyone and ensure the followup of the plan (Schedule adherence).
  • Provide recommendations to production managers to define short and mediumterm planning based on MRP.
  • Monitor the production execution plan (control of MRP calculation and its parameters, conversion of planned orders into manufacturing orders, progress and closure of manufacturing orders).
  • Develop, update, and monitor KPIs related to production execution, and define action plans as well as corresponding improvements.

SKILS:


  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.
  • Evolving in multicultural context.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • High level of English
