What you'll experience at Webhelp
As
Service Desk Systems L2 Technician in our team, you will:

Manage Incident, Problem and Standard Requests

We'll be a great match if yosu:

Are native or proficient in English and Spanish
At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is a plus
Experience providing support in multimedia, telecommunications or IT infrastructure products/services
Good knowledge of OS
Desirable Microsoft certifications MCSE/MCSA
Good communication skills
An organized person, capable of managing many tasks, prioritizing and reaching milestones and targeted goals
