NEXTracker is seeking a Sustainability & CSR Director to ensure Strategic planning and oversight of NX global CSR & Sustainability strategy, in alignment with both Flex Corporate guidance and international best practices, while helping supporting customers' requests on that front.

What a typical day looks like:

Strategic planning and oversight of NX global CSR & Sustainability strategy
Key point of contacts for customers inquiring about NX sustainability programs.
Management of strategic projects for the observance of our code of conduct for suppliers in our supply chain
Budget planning & management
Management of strategic projects focused on reducing our company's environmental impact
Development and implementation of the strategy to integrate product specific sustainability initiatives
Development of circular products by supporting the business in adopting safe and renewable materials
Integration of the Circular Economy principles in our Product/Business
Businessfocused CSR & Sustainability strategies
Coordination of the CSR & Sustainability team
Coordination of the CSR Committee
Support to the Corporate Communication team in CSR topics (Social
Environmental & Community)
Keep uptodate with the sustainability agenda, new legislation and best practice guidelines and understanding how they may affect the company
Management of an integrated approach to Ethical Trade, human rights and environmental systems across the business an supply chain
Coordination of the corporate volunteering projects
Management of projects related to Community, NGOs and Foundations

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Professional/Education:
10y+ experience in the CSR/Sustainability area.

Technical/Analytical:

Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects, in an international and multicultural environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; in particular data analysis using Excel and PPT
Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)

Interpersonal/communication

Demonstrated ability to present complex processes or requirements to people with varying levels of knowledge and experience.
Proactive, able to work independently but also as part of a team.
Proven problem solver with a record of strong followthrough for success.
