    Responsibilities

    We are currently looking for a new team member to join us as a Mobility Advisor. In this role based in Tenerife Sur Airport, you will be responsible for assisting our clients and providing them with the best mobility options.

    What will you do and how will you do it?

    • Welcome and provide personalized customer service at OK, your smile is our favorite
    • Advise clients on product options with top-quality service, sharing your expertise
    • Efficiently manage rental contracts to ensure a smooth process
    • Promote additional sales by presenting options that enhance the customer experience
    • Handle vehicle returns inspections to ensure total customer satisfaction

    Requirements

    • Fluency in English
    • Driver's license (B1) and own vehicle
    • Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends, totaling 40h/week
