Lead and / or support Disruptive Innovation activities, collaborating with internal and external resources.
Spot trends in businesses and industries unrelatedly different - and find ways to incorporate.
Run Open Innovation campaigns. Talk to vendors, suppliers, academics; facilitate cross-sectional or -functional internal campaigns with diverse groups of people.
Manage Cooperation and Development agreement set up to secure Innovation advancement.
Create plans and implement action-plans based on limited information by extrapolating and integrating, defining resources requirements.
Build proof of concept and stage & gate plans for the activities.
Develop, pilot and lead testing activities internally and externally.
Establish relation of transformational steps and impact on resources usage and product performance.
Develop scale up strategies from laboratory to pilot, and from pilot to industrialCreate Success metrics focusing on learning and validating assumptionsAdopt CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) in Laboratory and Pilot testsIdentify, mitigate and eliminate risks during development activities.
Experience and qualification requirements :
