Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum meetings, such as planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of highquality products.
• Remove obstacles that may impact team performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and autonomy within the team.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Serve as an effective facilitator for problemsolving and decisionmaking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and the Scrum methodology.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in managing software projects.
• Ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
• Scrum Master certification is essential.

You will work with programme leadership and support a global Agile transformation agenda. This role is a contract role. You must be fluent in English and Spanish.
