Property Consultant/telemarketer required to be a part of the fastest growing real estate companies in Marbella.

Applicants must be hard working and enthusiastic professionals with knowledge of Costa del Sol.

Must be fluent in English and or another Scandinavian language.

Property Consultant Responsibilities:
Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
Keep and maintain relationships with clients.
Help clients to build a shortlist of properties to view.
Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.

Required skills:
sales / customer service skills and telephone manner.
computer literate
ability to perform under pressure with proven sales record.
strong interpersonal skills
Must have valid drivers license and own a car.

contract of employment
basic salary + commission

Salary: 1,100.00€ - 3,000.000€ per month

Experience:

telemarketers sales: 2 years (preferred)

previous experience in the luxury real estate with specific knowledge of the new developments (preferred)

Language:

Fluent English and an Eastern European language are a plus.
Any other language will be an advantage.
