Job Description:

As a _
Quality Intern Auto + Pallecon,_

- you will be reporting into the Quality Manager with responsibility for the editing, control and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS), and associated certifications such as BRC, ISO, or FDA._

You will be responsible for supporting the certification and ongoing surveillance processes and facilitate the communication among business departments._
The Quality Management System Coordinator will monitor and report progress on audit corrective actions and there close and drive continuous improvement to our processes and management systems; control and management of external and internal compliance and system management, whilst attaining external quality certification and assurance._

- _ Manage quality documentation and quality management system_
- _ Feed the management software and complete the implementation_
- _ Prepare training material for the software_
- _ Complete customer questionnaires, and_
- _ Follow-up audits and actions._

Essential Qualifications:_
Bachelor or Master (or similar) degree_
Chemical or Welding Engineering, Food Science, Quality qualification are a plus._
Skills and Knowledge:_

- _ Organization and communication skills_
- _ Must be systematic and logical_

Desirable:_

- _ Quality Certifications_
- _ SharePoint_
- _ MS Office_

Languages:_
Required: English_
Desirable: Spanish or another CE language._
