Reconocida empresa del sector Retail con base en Málaga.
Definición del Budget anual junto con el CEO, elaboración de los principales KPIs para su presentación y aprobación a los inversores.
Liderar la presentación del Budget a todo el equipoSeguimiento del Budget, de sus principales KPIs y coordinación de reuniones de trabajo con cada director con el objetivo de dar cumplimiento al mismo así como implementar las medias necesarias.
Creación / Actualización constante del Business Plan a medio plazo (2-4 años) y supervisión de la ejecución del mismo. Elaboración constante y periódica de modelos financieros para proyectar resultados futuros.Actualización / Implementación de un modelo de CF para proyectar la situación de tesorería del negocio (incluyendo el Capex previsto) para así identificar necesidades futurasSupervisión y envío de documentación fondos de inversión y asesores.
Junto con los asesores fiscales de la compañía, optimización financiera y planificación fiscal así como supervisión del cálculo, presentación y liquidación de impuestosSupervisar y validar los cierres contables.
Elaboración / coordinación de la creación de contabilidad analítica para ser analizada por parte del negocioDirigir, coordinar, dar feedback y motivar a su equipo para la consecución de los objetivos.
Formular propuestas de promoción, selección, retribución, así como solicitar recursos e incorporaciones en función de las necesidades de su ámbito.
The Successful Applicant:
Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de empresas, Ciencias Económicas o similar. Experiência previa como CFO, Deputy CFO o similar. Valorable experiência previa en auditoría, transaction services, m&a o similares en compañías de servicios financieros.
