Then come in and join our team as OT Security Specialist Your mission and responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of cybersecurity in Healthineers factories.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert for OT Security topics as a member of the OT Security global team at Siemens Healthineers.
  • Task and responsibilities: Lead the design and improvement of OT Security services and processes in alignment with the OT Security Strategy and Industry standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and IEC 62443
    Support the Business in the deployment of cybersecurity solutions, services, and processes derived from the assessment, including:
  • Deployment of security tools adapted to the needs of each specific manufacturing location
  • Operation of security tools in alignment with the OT Security service requirements
  • Support manufacturing locations in analysing, understanding, and prioritizing vulnerabilities for remediation
  • Support in the team operation and coordination activities such as activity planning, procurement, etc.
    Develop security documentation as required (e.g.: manuals, best practices, etc.)
    Perform security architecture and documentation reviews for factory projects
    Assess and document the risk level and cybersecurity capabilities for manufacturing locations
    Present the results of the assessment to the Business, and drive discussions regarding necessary actions to be taken
    Document the progress and follow up on the status of the agreed remediation actions
    Act as a subject matter expert for OT Security What is in it for you:

    •You will develop a successful career by participating in all relevant stages: Definition, planning, implementation, and supervision Qualifications:
    •You have a degree in Computer engineering, Industrial engineering, telecommunications or equivalent
    •You have at least 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity or 5 years of experience working in IT/OT
    •You are knowledgeable in OT Security standards such as IEC 62443
    •Desirable: You completed relevant network related certifications or other Industry Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443 related certifications, or equivalent. Additionally
    •You have experience working in international teams and/or environments
    •You are capable of leading and managing complex projects
    •You are a person who understands the Business needs as well as the technical risks, and proposes risk-oriented approaches, translating technical information to business language.
    •You enjoy engaging with different teams and facilitating discussions to find solutions that meet stakeholder's expectations.
    •You are a quick learner and have the aptitude to get into new technologies and architectures.
    •You have advanced English and communication skills: clear and concise communication; able to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise.
