    Role:

    As an Expert Engagement Manager, you'll work directly with clients and take ownership of one-to-many collaborations to create significant value for them.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensuring Outstanding Delivery: Lead by example and support the teams you work with.
    • Oversight and Development: Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the clients' needs.
    • Engagement Strategy: Contribute to the development of the structure, content, and direction of the engagement strategy.
    • Stakeholder Management: Focus on stakeholder management, including building client care and team leadership.
    • Overcoming Obstacles: Actively overcome any obstacles necessary to unlock true business benefits and ROI for our clients.
    • Client Value: Create and continually monitor and measure the delivery of value-based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI).
    • Corrective Actions: Take responsibility for driving and implementing corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver a value-based solution.
    • Commercial Awareness: Be commercially aware and manage the delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization, and performance against internal KPIs.

    Client Relationships:

    You will interact with our clients to cultivate strong partnerships, pinpoint fresh avenues for value creation, and formulate innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing client value.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this position, you should have:

    • Data Science Background: A Data Science, ML, or Computer Science background is required for this position.
    • Client Relationship Building: A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
    • C-Level Stakeholders: Extensive ability of dealing with C-Level stakeholders.
    • Language Skills: Fluent in English, French, and/or German are a plus.
