We are on the lookout for a English speaker support technician to join a global IT Tourism company based in several European regoins.


Responsibilities:


  • Being part of the German team, you will provide phone/mail support to users
  • Incident management
  • Follow up
  • Documentation
What you need to succeed

  • Previous experience on tourism sector (hotels, distribution companies, etc.)
  • English native level
Conditions

  • Full time permanent contract
  • Rotative shift: morning, evening or night
  • Salary around 25K
  • Full continuous training on the product and new technologies
  • Office location: Manuel Becerra
