_IBERIA LEAD OF STRATEGIC INSIGHTS_
Position purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing consumer insights to develop portfolio and brand strategies across Iberia Markets.
He will generate information on consumer & customer trends and behaviour, competitive activity, as well as performance of JTI communications and JTI brands.
He will also monitor and analyze Market trends for the Iberia markets including research consumer and industry inputs. Under his responsability it will be included the Forecasting process (including Monthly OL, Forecast, SPC/ASP assumptions /strategy).Responsible also for managing the internal Iberia Business Information System for local Office users, maintaining internal business information tools (One Data) and support the market analysis, understanding and reporting at local and international levels.
What will you do - responsibilities:
- Oversee SI team responsibilities ensuring team has required skillsets and behaviours to fully achieve their tasks
- Provide strategic business support to Iberia markets to recommend strategies to address key issues in markets
- Support Iberia GM and Excom in consolidating Iberia information and providing ASP/Business review preparations
- Guarantee the accomplishment and budget control of the Research agenda, ensuring that all requirements from the SP, PO and CI markets are covered.
- Secure Local & International Business Information reporting, including Industry performance, weeklies, Brand Boards, One Data at Local and International level.
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
Who are we looking for - requirements:
- Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
- At least 8 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English level.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (specially Excel & Power Point). Solid background in marketing research techniques and latest measurement tools at consumer level.
