    Responsibilities:
    Analyze pricing structures, discounting practices, and revenue streams to identify opportunities for optimization.
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities in portfolio optimization and expansion.
    You will have to be nimble and proactive so that programs do not go off track.
    You understand the balance of Revenue CAC and strategic importance of courses to a university brand.

    Your day-to-day role will therefore involve project management during the early stages of the program marketing launches and thereafter do weekly reviews with the marketing, performance and inside sales teams to ensure that the enrolments for these programs are on track.

    The role will require analyzing data related to performance, marketing and sales funnels and proposing actions such as changes to performance marketing campaigns, strengthening marketing and sales collateral and fine-tuning the outreach pitch and objection handling.

    You live in both the marketing and sales funnel and need to know the levers that drive the funnel from both top and bottom of the Funnel.

    Within each funnel, you will understand and act on levers in real time.

    You will get your hands dirty if needed; if a sales person needs training on your product or the marketing team needs direction on creative.

    You may have to take decisions related to proposing changes to marketing campaigns, working with product creation teams to update program curriculum, and suggesting changes in program positioning.

    You don't need to know how to set up a FB or google campaign, but you do need to know what to increase or turn on and off based on lead to enrollment rate / target CAC.You don't have to be a genius analyst; but you need to understand numbers and what levers to train on in inside sales when your conversions are down.

    What type of profile are we looking for? Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration and Management.
    At least 4-6 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
    Experience in digital marketing campaigns for lead acquisition in a B2C environment.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, redash, etcAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
