They are looking for a Product Owner to help them develop their first multiplatform game — will you be the one to lead them to victory?


Responsibilities and Requirements

• Lead the production of one or more of our games from the early concept phase to release and LiveOps.
• Own and align the team to the product goals and deliver features with consistent quality and cadence targeting to achieve those goals.
• Manage all areas of production, planning the development with the leads, highlighting the risks and dependencies while maintaining and monitoring the velocity and resource needs.
• Bring visibility to the stakeholders and other departments with clear communication.
• Empower and facilitate the team with an Agile mindset of learning and embracing change
• Foster a positive culture of motivation and team collaboration while tackling any impediments and concerns.
• Partner with other departments in planning and communicating crossdependencies.
• Be part of building processes and improving ways of working for the new studio. Facilitate our monthly onsite for team bonding and collaboration.

About You
Ideally, you are a senior producer/senior product owner passionate about achieving the best results possible. Self-motivation and team motivation are paramount.

• 5+ years of game production experience.
• Expert knowledge of agile practices, project management tools and F2P game production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in coordinating smaller remote teams.
• Flexible mindset and getthingsdone attitude.
• Passion for games and creating entertainment for the casual audience.

Desirable bonus qualifications include:

• Knowledge of working with external teams and outsourcing.
• Sense of Football and what it means to the fans.
