Responsabilidades

Instalación y configuración de nuestro producto de software en el sitio del cliente.
Realización de formación y asesoramiento individual para nuestros usuarios.
Análisis y aplicación de los requisitos de los procesos informáticos.
Asunción del soporte de segundo nivel para nuestros clientes y usuarios por teléfono o por correo electrónico.

Requisitos

Formación completa en el sector de la informática o estudios comparables.
Deseable primera experiencia profesional en consultoría de software.
Buenos conocimientos de informática y/o logística.
Buen nivel de inglés o alemán escrito y verbal.
Rápida comprensión y buena expresividad.
Disposición a viajar.
