    ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Liderar un equipo de desarrollo de software en Java.
  • Dirigir la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de software.
  • Garantizar la calidad del software y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos para entender sus necesidades y traducirlas en requerimientos técnicos.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a los miembros del equipo.
  • Participar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas relacionadas con el desarrollo de software.
  • Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo.
  • El rol es completamente remoto, pero puede requerir viajes ocasionales a Valencia.
    ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

    El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Amplio conocimiento y habilidad en Java.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de desarrollo de software.
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades del negocio en requerimientos técnicos.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera remota y en equipo.
  • Capacidad para viajar ocasionalmente a Valencia.
  • Titulación en informática o campo relacionado.
