Job summary
You will lead and scale our Iberia Outbound Inside Sales team.This role drives revenue growth by managing high-performing teams as well as contributing as Individual Contributor.
The team will be focused on generating and converting leads into valuable PayPal merchants.
The Manager will be critical in shaping sales strategy,
fostering cross-functional collaboration,
and supporting the IS team to deliver an exceptional experience for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
