Customer RepresentativeResponsibilities:
Contact Management:
- Provide first class customers satisfaction at all times and do whatever is necessary to support the customers following the provided guidelines.
- Understand consumer expectations / identify trigger for consumer satisfaction.
- Support consumers in the sales and after sales process by qualification of needs, product recommendation, after sales support and additional tasks that result in consumer satisfaction.
- Forward, when not having the resolution for themselves, any escalations, and defined topics to the respective Client's brand units and / or contact persons.
- Deescalate in case of complaint, offer solutions within Client's procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transfer to the Client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of nonstandard cases.
- Ensure correct presentation of the Client's corporate images in all interactions representing its brand and generate consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels.
Knowledge Management:
- Attend all trainings and certify to prove expertise and understanding of all topics relevant to the service.
- Provide proactive feedback to team leaders regarding new solutions, potential escalations, or service issues in order to proactively find solutions in cooperation with the Client if not within WEBHELP's guidelines.
- Enrich and localize the knowledge database from new incoming contacts.
- Hours and Benefits:
- Shift: 39 hours/week from Monday
- Friday from 9.00 to Salary: Euros gross/year + up to 3.000 Euros gross/year in bonus

- The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee
