Engineering manager

Engineering Manager to join us As an Engineering Manager, you will be crucial to the success of Build38's strategy and will play a key role in managing team delivery and personnel.

Lead, develop, coach, and grow technical professionals who work as part of a cross-functional team.
Drive and execute all peoplerelated processes in collaboration with Transformation & Talent Department.
Collaborate with tech and product leadership to ensure your teams have the right tools, skills, and processes.
Make our technology and our team scale as the business grows by delivering highquality solutions.
Participate in the team's life and contribute to decisionmaking.

Who are you? _There is no set route to become part of Build38.

But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
_

Degree in computer science or similar or equivalent work experience.

- +2 years managing an agile team of engineers with proven ability to track its velocity and keep them motivated.
- + 5 years of a progressive software engineering career in fast-paced, B2B Fintech/SaaS Banking companies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience working with product managers and communicating with both technical and product leads.
Experience managing crossfunctional teams (backend, frontend, and mobile engineers).
You have meaningful experience working with Agile/Scrum best practices.
