The Job You Will Perform:
- Be the HR Generalist for Madrid Headquarters employees supporting them in all HR processes and initiatives along the year.
- Collaborates in recurrent company HR processes such as annual performance evaluation, people development, compensation review, succession planning, people review process and engagement planning.
- Manage staffing and recruitment, on boarding, training and development of employees from your scope.
- Act as the first point of contact for labor related enquiries from employees in your scope and redirect, if needed, said enquiries to the right department.
- Participates and contributes in regional priorities and support the implementation of actions plan in Iberia such as Community Engagement activities, Diversity and Inclusion, Development and Mentoring programs, etc.
- Support local HRBPs in regular HR processes as well as implementation of corporate HR projects and initiatives, visiting Madrid box plants and working also with local HR and business teams.
- Prepares and consolidates regional HR presentations and information reports to share with Iberia HR team and Iberia Lead Teams
- Assure data quality by updating HR platforms and systems in collaboration with HR Operations team in Iberia.
- Collaborates with the EMEA team to ensure best practice sharing and effective use of HR procedures and policies.
- Supports internal and external communication plans and change management with the aim of creating a positive climate and high engagement.
- Other HR related responsibilities and corporate projects.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Degree in business, law, labor relations, political/social sciences, psychology, or equivalent.
- Human resources master or related HR studies.
- Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in a similar position, preferable within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- English C
- Advanced level of excel and power point.
