Key Accountabilities

:

Delivering Customer Management designs, systems & projects, focused in the IITC (Internet In the Car) solution, against cost, time and quality

:

Make sure that deliverables support the required business outcome at all points of consumption within a journey

Make sure all customer management domain components comply with requirements to address non-functional impacts e.g. performance and reliability

:

-
Peer teams in IoT Connectivity such as other domains, Architecture, Infrastructure,
Product and Delivery Teams

Customer Management Vendors

:

-
Demand Management teams (LPM) to understand upcoming demand and initiatives

:

-
Deliver customer oriented solutions, including simple bespokes and complex
customer solutions

What you bring

:

- **Proven experience in design, delivery
and tuning of complex technologies
in the area of BSS**:

** Able to comfortably work within a
multinational, multicultural
environment**:
** Experience working with Agile
delivery methodologies, especially
SAFe, desirable**:

Relevant university degree (M.Sc., B.Sc. etc)

:

- ** Min.

2 years experience working in
solution design and distributed
architecture solutions, and minimum
5 years of IT working experience
overall**:

Technical expertise on one of more components of the BSS IT stack

CRM (CM+, Salesforce, Siebel or any other CRM solution)
