MISSION OF THE POSITION
Reporting to the F&B Manager of the Hotel, your mission will be to organize and supervise the activities of the staff you have to guarantee the quality of the service offered to the client in the restaurants and bars of the hotel in order to contribute to the achievement of its food and beverage ratios and the economic objectives, quality, work environment, development of people and operations of the hotel.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in MHI in 4 or 5* hotels.
- Bachelor degree according to the position (tourism, hospitality or similar).
- Must have knowledge in operations (buffet, a la carte ) and management of events and gastronomic service.
- Ability to create new revenue initiatives.
- Team management skills, good communication skills, customer oriented, good organizational skills, change management skills and teamwork.
- Office proficiency
- High level of English.
