We are currently working for a Health Technological Hub located in Barcelona with HQ in Switzerland.

They are a leading developer and manufacturer of injection and infusion systems for self-medications and diabetes specialist with over 35 years of experience.

With more than 1900 employees on their team, they are increasing their squads.

Must have

  • Degree from technical college or university (e.g Bachelor).
  • Experience in process analysis/mapping.
  • Ability to recognize and interpret requirements in a form understandable for all stakeholders (IT and non IT).

Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate Workshops for Stakeholder requirements elicitation.
  • Building the bridge between Developers and Business (Risk Managers, Regulatory Affairs Managers etc.) to drive Features and create value.
  • Requirement management (elicitation, documentation, maintenance and traceability).
  • Collaborate closely with product management in requirement definition.
  • Support delivery teams regarding the requirement specifications.
  • Contribution to requirement related processes.
Nice to have

  • Working experience with Lean / Agile methodologies (e.g Lean, Scrum, SAFe).
  • Knowledge of the V-Model (Software development process).
  • Design Business Processes using BPMN/UML.
  • Write and refine User stories with the PO/Devs
