Fabrics Manager to join our Barcelona headquarters.

• Assist in posting and screening of job positions.
• Schedule and support in interview conduction.

• Develop and adapt content to include in our online training platform.
• Assist with the development and delivery of training sessions.
• Coordinate training logistics.

• Collaborate in the creation and development of actions targeted to increase our employee engagement such as internal events (workshop, parties ).

• Help to create and distribute communications through our communication channels.
• Possibility to have a collaboration agreement of minimum 6 months between the university and Pronovias Group.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: No experience required, but a demonstrated interest in Human Resources is preferred.

• Advanced level in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• English and Spanish fluent, other languages will be a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
