Olala Homes is a fast-growing tech-enabled real estate management and hospitality company with headquarters in Barcelona.

We are part of a Hospitality group that manages over 1200 short-term rentals, hotels, and other unique accommodations, as well as 10 restaurants, across multiple countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Your role:


Your Journey:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction by establishing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgetary goals, and expenses to ensure profitability and costeffectiveness.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest and the hotel.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and support its operations.

What do you bring to your trip:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similarsized property.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, health, and safety standards in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and problemsolve effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Selfstarter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fastgrowing environment.
  • Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic.
  • Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes.
  • Confident working in crossfunctional teams.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment.
