HR Manager - New Power Spain

Description

Your tasks

  • Establish HR Department & Processes for new plant
  • Staffing of 200 employee plant team
  • Implement Cummins HR Talent Management Processes
  • Providing business partnership to the Plant Director and leadership at site
  • Knowledge of Spanish Labor law essential and required
  • Negotiation experience with Labor Representatives essential and required
  • Partner with HR's and leaders globally in US, UK, Canada, Belgium, Germany & China
  • Hire, coach and develop staff members
  • New business startup experience highly desirable
  • Drives engagement initiatives across the board
  • Arranges surveys to understand working environment and elaborates plans to improve
  • Partnering with management, supports training and learning strategy for employees based on the skill matrix and development programs
  • Partnering with management, coordinates onboarding of new employees
  • Supports implementation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies

Qualifications

Skills

  • Awareness of, and experience in, a Plant environment supporting a largely bluecollar workforce highly desirable
  • 68 years of experience in HR Function.
  • Master's degree in Business, HR, Engineering.
  • Strong Knowledge and experience in Labour Relations
  • Spanish Labour Law framework.
  • Openminded, reliable, proactive and teamoriented person.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and build collective consensus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to both think strategically and execute on strategic thinking.
  • Spanish native & English Fluent.
