JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for IT Contract Manager Support to join our team.

This role is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing small-medium IT contracts lifecycle.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensures that contracts are signed in time and with the best possible qualityprice, helping achieve the goals of functions. Also execute the operation of the procurement operations related with mobile telephony, ensuring a cost control and an effective delivery service.
  • Management of the contract lifecycle including contract management, contract negotiation and preparation of purchase orders, following the process and standards of the company.
  • Keep a close and productive relationship with internal (functions) end external (suppliers) to find possible improvement and synergies.
  • Keep the operational lifecycle of the mobile telephony of the company, including purchasing mobiles and managing lines.

Requirements:


  • Financial acumen with critical thinking.
  • Selforganizing results focused to surpass targets.
  • Good level of English and Spanish (written and oral).
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Professional with strong personal Integrity and transparency.
  • Project management skills.
  • Aptitude for technology.
  • Experience in related field.
  • Desirable some experience in managing contracts.
  • Desirable experience negotiating contracts and developing negotiations strategies.
  • Experience coordinating different areas of the organization to drive results.
  • Exposure managing financial and technological basic concepts.
  • Relevant degree qualification.
