Business Development - Inside Sales (Remote)

  • Full time, Spain_
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying sales opportunities.

You will follow up on your research with calls to potential clients, gaining access to the decision makers and arranging meetings for the sales managers to attend.


As a

Business Development - Inside Sales, you will

  • Maintain a selfstarter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
  • Support sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and followup with the sales representatives
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward and qualifying them and validating them for sales reps
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Closing deals as part of the qualification you made

About you

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and German.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM is an assett
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls/mails every day
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Must be an excellent problemsolver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • You love closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement
  • Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
