About the Job:

Work on the perfect combination between a technical field, a business field, management, communication, and strategic thinking
Working directly with the customer on the product, presenting changes, and performing tests throughout the process
Identify & understand the requirements of clients and incorporate this knowledge into the production process in close cooperation with the engineers
Gain a deep understanding of consumer expectations, which will help you to explore new products/features for the client and translate this into the UX flow together with the designers
Guide the success of a product and lead our crossfunctional team (designers and engineers) that is responsible for building it

About You:

You have a techsavvy, business, and user experience mindset
You have got some background in the digital product scene, ideally in a startup or SaaS setup

It would be awesome if you already had some touchpoints with digital design (e.g. with Figma) and also have a basic understanding of coding

You are a good communicator and can breakdown complex concepts and communicate them easily to other involved stakeholders
Your empathic traits enable you to work closely together with different types of people like designers and developers
You are thinking beyond the customers and aspire to offer the best customer experience
You are able to organize the workload by yourself and have a good time management
Fluent English skills complete your profile (German skills are a plus)
