For our Transformation of IndustryElectrification-Automation-Digitalization Business Area in Kartal we arelooking for a Commercial Project Manager.

This role will be responsible forcompletion of all tasks of commercial, logistics and legal relevance in theservice projects to deliver on schedule, at optimal cost / profit and to therequired standard of quality.

What are my responsibilities?

Preparing offers performing commercial,administrative and financial duties collaborating with the sales group andprocessing the related tools. Take role in preparation of legal and commercialconditions of contracts with clients, attend contract negotiations
Responsible of controlling and monitoring theorder intake, sales targets & costs of related Business Unit
Take a commercial project management role inprojects in line with the commercial, contractual, tax and legal regulationsaccording to Project Management Guidelines in Siemens Energy
Maintaining relationships related with salesactivities with Sales Team in Region and HQ
Performing and monitoring the monthly andquarterly forecast operations and the yearly budgeting activities
Preparation of the monthly reports requested byBU Management, HQ
Controlling the receivables, payables, hedgingand the IFRS reporting and related monthly closing activities
Take role in preparation of legal and commercialconditions of contracts with clients, attend contract negotiations

What do I need to qualify forthis job?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics,Industrial Engineering or related area
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
Very good command of English (German is an asset)
Teamoriented ability to work withcross functional teams
Analytical mind with strong planning andselflearning skills, team work oriented
